Safety Information & Guidelines

Room 623 is thrilled to once again open our doors and welcome back our artists, staff, and

patrons. We have developed a COVID Safety Plan, following the most up to date guidelines

from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the New York State Dept. of

Health, to promote a safe, clean, welcoming environment. If you are feeling ill, please stay home and consult your doctor.

Please note, these policies and guidelines are subject to change at any time and without warning, based on government mandates.

NEW UPDATE APRIL 2022:  Surgical masks are now optional and will be provided to you free of charge upon request.

Proof of Vaccination

We strongly recommend full vaccination to all of our guests, but per the recommendations of the CDC and local health officials, we are no longer asking guests to show proof of full vaccination.

Full vaccination is two vaccine doses of Pfizer or Moderna OR one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Booster shots are highly recommended.

HVAC and Air Filtration

Room 623 and B2 Harlem have partnered with Bluezone by Middleby to install two top of the

line air filtrations systems. These units run 24/7 and use ultraviolet light and room temperature oxidation to scrub the air. This technology is recommended by the CDC and FDA as effective against airborne pathogens, including the coronavirus. Air flow has been adjusted in the restrooms and common space as well to promote circulation.

Masking

We strongly encourage guests to wear masks inside Room 623 when not actively eating or

drinking. We also ask that you wear a mask when talking with our performers, staff, walking

around, or using the restroom. Artists are permitted to remove their masks when on stage performing. Artists are then asked to wear their masks again when interacting with patrons and staff. Room 623 staff will remain masked at all times when interacting with artists, patrons, drinks, food, etc.

Hand Sanitizing Stations

Hand sanitizer is readily available to our customers throughout Room 623. We encourage frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer. Additional hand sanitizer is available behind the bar for our staff.

Restrooms

Our restrooms are now outfitted with signage reminding patrons of proper hand washing protocols.

Reservations | Limited Capacity

Room 623 reserves the right to limit capacity at any time. We highly encourage purchasing tickets online in advance and arriving no more than 5 minutes before doors open.

Menus

Our menus are now available digitally and can be accessed on your mobile device by scanning the provided QR code.

Additionally For Artists

Disinfectant wipes will be made available so that performers may use them to wipe down the equipment (especially microphones) throughout the night.

By entering Room 623, you agree to assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and relinquish Room 623 from any and all liability.
